Naples Judge Arrested in Undercover Prostitution Sting
A Lee County Circuit Judge was one of six men arrested in a prostitution sting on Friday.
Investigators allege the 64-year-old man was going to pay $300 for sex. He is accused of calling a prostitute to meet him at a Naples hotel, but he actually met with an undercover officer who was working a prostitution sting.
Police say the judge, along with five other men, was charged with solicitation of prostitution. He was apparently the only one of the six who resisted arrest.
Another judge has been assigned to his cases while he faces criminal charges.
