Jacksonville Prostitution Bust Nets 7 Arrests on Arranged Deal

The Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office arrested a 52-year-old man on a charge of offering a person for prostitution in the latest undercover prostitution sting.

The round-up included the arrests of six women and the man.

According to the arrest report, the man met an undercover officer and rode with him to North Pearl Street, where a 34-year-old woman allegedly agreed to charge $40 for oral sex.

The woman and five others were charged with prostitution.

The man was ordered to spend 60 days in the Duval County jail.
