Boca Raton Real Estate Agent Accused of Taking Lewd Photos Teen Girls
Boca Raton, FL – A 48-year-old real estate agent is facing charges of lewd and lascivious conduct and child cruelty after he allegedly took inappropriate photos of teenage girls using his iPad.
Police were notified on Jan. 14 after the mother of a 17-year-old girl told police her daughter was sending pictures of herself to an older man.
The 17-year-old claims the man took pictures of her and her 15-year-old friend topless with his iPad in his office.
The teens told police the man gave them alcohol and $100 for every picture he snapped of them.
According to police, cell phone records indicate the man sent the 17-year-old girl inappropriate text messages asking for “sexy” photos.
The man denied taking lewd photos of the girls.
Police conducted a search of the man’s computer, iPad tablet, Blackberry phone and thumb drives and allegedly found 12 photos of the teens, some of which were classified as lewd.
The man was arrested and taken to the Palm Beach County Jail Friday with bail set at $91,000.
