An 18-year-old UCF student was arrested Friday after allegedly groping a female student and attempting to force his way into a dorm room.
The man had apparently been issued a trespass warrant earlier in the day banning him from the University of Central Florida campus.
Police claim the man did not leave campus, and instead proceeded to grope a female student.
A maintenance worker allegedly witnessed the man touching a girl and alerted authorities.
The victim claims the man touched her inappropriately and followed her upstairs and into a dorm room, refusing to leave her alone.
According to police, another student overheard the girl banging on a door for help and forced the man out of the room. The man apparently fled the area.
He was later found and arrested. Police allege they witnessed the man performing a sex act on himself in a holding cell at the UCF Police Department.
He was booked into the Orange County Jail and faces charges of attempted sexual battery, burglary of a dwelling with assault or battery and trespassing.
