A Manchester, New Hampshire attorney associated with an anti-gay Christian defense group was recently arrested for allegedly transporting a teen to Canada to participate in sexual activity while being filmed.
FBI agents arrested the woman last month on charges of transportation with intent to engage in criminal sexual activity, possession of child pornography and five counts of sexual exploitation of children.
Federal prosecutors claim the woman took the teen girl to Canada on May 25.
Police have been investigating the woman since Sept. 29 after receiving a tip that she had child porn on her computer.
She is currently being held without bond because witnesses allege she has coerced other juveniles into engaging in sexual activity and drug use. Witnesses have allegedly testified to seeing the woman in possession of marijuana, ecstasy and cocaine. Prosecutors also believe the woman sent a text message to a friend saying she may flee to Cuba.
The woman was first arrested in October for possessing child pornography. Police claim there were videos and photos on the woman’s computer depicting a teen girl. The FBI was notified after police determined the porn was made out of state.
