50-Year-Old Man Charged with Impregnating 14-Year-Old Girl

A 50-year-old man has been arrested and charged with impregnating a 14-year-old girl, according to reports.

The Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office said the man, who is in a familial/custodial position, forced the teen, who was 13-years-old at the time, to have sexual intercourse. The alleged incident occurred sometime in 2016.

The teen gave birth to a baby girl in September 2017.

The Florida Department of Law Enforcement conducted a DNA test, allegedly proving that the man is the biological father of the child.
